1) *Why do I have to choose a hosting option and when will I be billed for it?

All websites require a hosting option so that we can make your website accessible across the web. Our "Just Hosting" plan covers this, and the upgraded plans come with hourly maintenance to give you a hand making edits moving forward and keep your website shining.

2) What do I need to provide to get started?

When you purchase a package, you will get an email with all the required assets we will need you to deliver to schedule the kickoff meeting.

Some of these include:

- Sitemap

- Page content

- Any specific images you desire to be on the site

- Links to websites that you like for design direction

- Excel list of products (with product name, description, price, photos, etc.)

- Desired payment gateway (if there is a preference)

Templates and assistance are available depending on what you would like our help with.

3) What type of turnaround time can I expect?

Most websites are able to be turned around in approximately two weeks.

The biggest variable in turnaround time is how fast you are able to get your assets to us (see above question)

4) What does the process for a new website build look like?
